Is it good to buy social media accounts ?

So I saw website Panda Social Media Marketing that makes and sell
accounts for social media. It is good to buy them or to make them yourself?
What if I'm old and don't understand something wouldn't it be easier for me to
just buy one account for cents ?

Personally I would make the account's myself, never know what the bought one has been used for.
